Outstanding Customer Service

I would highly recommend PKM Technology & its director Peter! Peter provides excellent service. He went above and beyond my expectations to solve a problem with my solar system, even though PKM Technology did not install the system.  

I had issues with my solar system that was installed by another service provider. During load-shedding, the system would switch off and we would not have power. The other service provider told me the problem was that my solar battery backup was damaged and needed to be repaired. I was neither happy with the explanation nor the installer’s attempts at fixing the system and my damaged battery.

I contacted Peter. He fixed my system and even borrowed me a  battery to use while waiting for my battery to be fixed, even though he did not owe me that. I later decided to get an additional  5kW battery  and PKM Technology provided and installed the battery and we are running almost completely on solar power on a daily basis. The system runs very smoothly without incident and  when there’s load-shedding, we are not affected.
