Outstanding Customer Service
I would highly recommend PKM Technology & its director Peter! Peter provides excellent service. He went above and beyond my expectations to solve a problem with my solar system, even though PKM Technology did not install the system. I had issues with my solar system that was installed by another service provider. During load-shedding, the system would switch off and we would not have power. The other service provider told me the problem was that my solar battery backup was damaged and needed to be repaired. I was neither happy with the explanation nor the installer’s attempts at fixing the system and my damaged battery. I contacted Peter. He fixed my system and even borrowed me a battery to use while waiting for my battery to be fixed, even though he did not owe me that. I later decided to get an additional 5kW battery and PKM Technology provided and installed the battery and we are running almost completely on solar power on a daily basis. The system runs very smoothly without incident and when there’s load-shedding, we are not affected.

Solar Installations
Peter and his Team, recently fitted a Solar Systen at my home. Their work acumen, quality of work and all finishes were of the highest standards. They went the extra mile. Pricing was better than expected, and his Team even cleaned their work area to my wife's high standards of cleaning. I have even referred him to everyone I speak to regarding Solar Installations. Their work, pricing and explanations of how the system works is excellent.

Great work PKM team
A very professional and brilliant team. Very knowledgeable about their superior quality panels, batteries and inverters. They installed a 5kw system with lithium ion battery and it has been working perfectly. I will definitely be using them again when I expand my current solar system.

Great work PKM team

Off the grid Solar system
This is a honest review, we were in the marked for a off the grid system, I phoned and explained to Peter our needs and budget, a few minutes later received my quote, this was number one , I then phoned Peter and I could immediatly hear this person knows what he was talking about, I picked my system today and will do my own installation, Peter went the extra mile to offer additional info and assistance, this is greatly appreciated, not only did we get the best price but were also treated with additional after sales support. Job well done and can recommend Peter to anybody for his service, knowledge and pricing, wish we had more people like Peter in the business
