My new contract phone from woodlands Vodacom 4u ! Huawei Nova 10 what a crock of.... Took it back two days after receiving it . Lets just say 4u and i are not friends and will never see my business again after maybe 10years . Well they offered no help instead they sent me down the mall to the other Vodacom shop . They tried to help me with the technician from Huawei changing settings . My phone doesn't ring . people phone other people sitting next yo me to ask me to phone them back im losing business they can't get hold of me ! WhatsApp only when i go into the app do my messages come through 10 to 20 of them back to the tech I went back at the shop i bought it from again i waited no technical support then finally the tech from the other shop came in for something else . Sat and helped me again . To no avail it told them i dont want the phone guess what i was told sorry you a week late . Not once in all my troubles with this phone was i told i could request to change my phone ! Well thats another reason they will never see me again .then today in desperation i phoned customer care again and found out that all along this peace of ...phone doesn't support pop up notifications thus the problem with the WhatsApp. Why i dont get the calls and why i have to pay for a contract with a peace of !!!!? Phone that is costing me business and loss of money ? Well a couple of times ive wanted to launch my Huawei against the wall in the shop that deceived me but then i cant do that can i !
What is the actual problem with the people of SA ? Have we lost our fight ? The fight for what is right .Are we a nation of ***** us we used to it ? Vodacom why in the hell do you expect us your clients to pay our phone bills ? What are we actually paying for ? Nothing Vodacom works ! No reception! No coverage ! No batteries ! For loadshedding i dont care if they ****** ! Replace them secure them i dont care ! You as a company have a responsibility to your clients or am i wrong? Vodacom people believe you don't care ,to big to worry about one or many !

Checkers Moreleta plaza I was looking to buy a kettle asked if they had any difrent colours? Was directed to aisle six no problem! Get to 6 no kettles mistake obviously no problem! walk all the way back. 5 staff members all standing together doing what they do.... Ask the same lady? over there! Well over where across town in a different shop but not checkers! That's for sure! Well now you ask yourself why don't i walk around the shop like anyother client. My answer because i almost lost both my legs and had significant operations on both legs so i cant walk far. What was supposed to be a surprise and joke between my wife and i just turned really sour! Thanks for nothing checkers!

Vodacom you should be ashamed! This is no the first time you have been Hellopetered by me or complaint made on your customer care or any other form. You are steeling my disabled sisters merger money! Have you no shame. She has these accounts with you to give her some independents and so she can have some sort of communication with the outside world. In August 2021 we went in to the vodacom 4U branch in Woodlands Boulevard to find out what the was going on with her acount. On the number.... That was at the end of contract we asked that the contract be reduced from over 2000 per month to 765 i think it was for airtime and data only no instrument. This was done in front of us by the lady that helped us on the computer we are a witness to that. Furthermore another number that was given as an extra bonus on this same contract three contracts ago we found that was supposed to have been free was being charged for. No airtime no data just I think 98 Rand paid every month. The strange thing about this when the when the manager made investigations had been renewed three times without authorisation from my sister? It has been a message after message after phone calls and beginning that these issues be resolved from August 21and that my sister be refunded. My sister is recovering from a mind blowing head on motor vehicle accident which left her with massive brain and facial injuries. She has major anxiety issues and prefers to be alone away from the public. This has caused a huge impact on her life more than a normal person could understand. The manager at vodacom has sent countless mails and maid countless phone calls to try and resolve this issue its the 25th of March today what has my sister have to look forward to nothing but money disappearing from her acount that the vodacom manager or my self can do about. Vodacom just keeps on taking? Im told the manager cant do any more. Dose vodacom have nobody to answer to are they un touchable? Worse does vodacom not give a dam about what they do to their loyal customers not to mention disabled clients? And i can tell you she never goes with out paying you! Check me up on that! So what do you have to say about that vodacom? Frustrating angry and discussing!
This i should have done in December 2021. Stat down order starters and mains 12 prawns and calamari heads prawns to be done in garlic butter as was done for me by Marko the manager when they were still open at Cornwall. Big mistake i got lemon and garlic butter! I was mortified! Grumpy as... I told Thembie i was not happy and why did they put lemon with my prawns yuk! Politely Thembie explained that they only had one garlic butter sauce and it had lemon in it! Well i was not impressed as i battled my way through the next prawn. Next thing Darlington the Manger approached said he could see i was not enjoying my prawns. Shot explanation and he was off with my plate and although i understand not entirely as per menu with a new plate of prawns. Well I'll tell you what a feast. My spirits lifted we had a good supper if it weren't for the Professional treatment I received from a very pleasant staff. It's easy to complain when service is bad. But I have learnt to give praise where praise is due. Thank you thank you for taking the extra time to listen to my story and to do the best you could.
If vodacom 4u in woodlands Boulevard can't get you vodacom to do what you need to do who the hell can. The manager of Woodlands Boulevard vodacom 4U Sean is I'm sure just as frustrated as I am. Ella an employee at vodacom 4U in August 2021 sat in front of me on her computer and requested that my contract which had ended be changed from R1800 something to a no instrument phone 2 data and airtime only. Guess what today is the fifth of January 2022 and nothing has been done as instructed on your system. The full amount was still taking off end of December. Vodacom how do I get you to stop taking money out of our account without permission? If Sean a manager from vodacom cannot get this sorted out what do i do??? Another number has has been mysteriously made into a contract with no airtime no bundle just a payment per month on the same account with no authorisation. Was never a contract just a. FREE PHONE with my contract.. Ever month we put money on the phone and get nothing from vodacom but i find that from 2017 as per Sean R100 taken for what i ask you? Explain yourself Vodacom! Is this how you treat loyal customers?
