Case closed/Plaaswag

Update: After a year of being owed my money back and after trying every other option I eventually managed to get my case heard in the small claims court. On the day of the court case Plaaswag settled the amount. I wish it had not taken so long or resulted in such ugliness but this was not my choice. No interest or expenses were able to be claimed but I am just happy to be done with this whole nasty experience. Lesson learned, Never ever pay money upfront!
