Order no.108614510 Absolutely shocking service. From a very inactive website to the extremely slow delivery which in the end missed the intended recipient in spite of me phoning the call center and them putting a note of the delivery (or so they said). The delivery only got done in the afternoon which meant that it missed the recipient and flew away from Cape Town without her flowers. Absolutely zero communication from the whatapp either, i don't know why they even have it. Would have been better oreding from Woolworths!
After being a Clicks customer for many years i have for the past two years shopped at the Gonubie Clicks pharmacy. Recently i experienced two instances that have made me loose all trust in Click pharmacy staff. One occasion i was given medication that was double the dosage to what i have been taking for the past ten years. If i had not noticed that the dosage was wrong i would have overdosed and it was a rather serious medication. Yesterday i was given medication that belonged to someone else. This time the medication was an antacid medication instead of the Cholesterol medication that my husband has been on for years. I returned the following day to find that the staff didn't feel that it was big deal! They just offered to refund me. Nothing is ever a quick process so i spent a second afternoon trying to sort out how they had made another rather serious mistake. I then requested that they return all the scripts for our entire family and i will be using a local family owned pharmacy from now on!
We recently spent a combined total of 28 hours on board with Qatar airways. This airline is by far the best and i believe other airlines should try to improve to these standards. The food on this airline is amazing. We honestly felt like we had eaten restaurant quality food. The staff are well trained and made our long journey so comfortable. Qatar airways is doing it right!
Good morning I dispute that my review is factually incorrect. Perfect Getaways sent me an email offering me an advert. I clicked on the link and filled in the form to see how much it would cost. This resulted in me being sent an invoice. I was told that once I pay the invoice they would get started on producing an advert. The advert would then be sent to me to proof. I changed my mind after seeing their website and I was unimpressed. Their website is almost invisible when googling them and I failed to see any possible advantage of being listed on their site. This was justified when I couldn’t even contact them on the telephone listed. I therefore never paid the invoice. They therefore never produced an advert for me so I cannot see what they feel I owe them for. All that ever happened was that I showed interest but never confirmed by paying. How can they charge me for something they never did! This company is shocking as one cannot ever phone them. The number listed says “the number you have dialled does not exist”!!! I decided to pay the R748.33 for absolutely nothing in order to maintain my credit rep. however I did this against my will and paid for something I certainly don’t want. I did this thinking that this would be the end of this ridiculous experience only to receive another sms from Credit Intel telling me that I now owe R97.49!!!! I mean seriously. I then tried to phone Perfect Getaways to ask them why they are continuously charging me for something I DO NOT want and that’s when I found that the phone number listed on their website does not exist. I asked them to call me and received a sms to say they tried but they are in an area with bad signal. How professional is that?? They have now sent me a statement from Credit Intel stating that I owe nothing and the account has a zero balance. This entire experience has been a disaster and the fact that they just generate an invoice and the force one to pay for it while never being available by telephone so that one can contact them is in my opinion extremely unprofessional and dishonest to say the least. You are free to remove my review as I have already shared my experience with all my colleagues in the industry.
I received the below sms today and this is definitely not me. I cannot understand how a message like this can be sent to someone without even validating that it is the correct client! I was sent an email by Perfect Getaways introducing themselves and offering to advertise my business. It said to click and complete a form. I was interested in how much exactly it would cost so i completed the form. They then sent me an invoice. It said that after they receive payment they will design a advert and send it to me to proof. I never paid the invoice as i changed my mind but they are now demanding payment and have handed me over to a collection agency who have now added costs. They are in effect charging me for something they haven't even done and if they did do it they would have obtained all the info and photos from my own website. Apparently because i didn't write an email to cancel, they have assumed the order stands. Fact still remains that they have not done ANYTHING to earn the money! Be very careful when receiving an email from "Perfect Getaways". They approached me not the other way around. I filled in the form to see what the exact cost would be and then reconsidered. I assumed that since they hadn't actually supplied me with anything that my non payment would be considered my cancellation. It must be quite lucrative to send people emails inviting them to click if they interested and then bill them for being interested and not do anything further to earn the actual payment! I will pay this amount in order to protect my credit reputation but lets be very clear, I consider this extortion and will never do business with a company like this. I will make an effort to warn all my colleagues in the Hospitality industry of their business practice.
We travelled from East London to catch our Emirates flight to Thailand. We received our flight ticket and information in advance and therefore booked our EL to Joburg flight in line with our Emirates ticket. Upon arriving we kept an eye on the board for our flight boarding but it never appeared. At the time that we eventually asked someone we were told to go to the Emirates offices in OR Thambo to check. We were assisted by Mike and told that we were not the only ones who had missed our flight due to Emirates changing the flight time. I was devastated as we had been traveling since 6am that morning. Mike assisted us in getting on to the next flight that night but we were by that time a half a day behind in our travelling and landed in Dubai with no luggage and en entire day to wait till our connecting flight. We had to go to the extra expense of a hotel in the Dubai airport and missed out on the first day of our holiday in Thailand. When we finally did arrive in Thailand our arranged shuttle was also not there as they had been there the day before to collect us! Emirates staff washed their hands of our situation insisting that notification of the change had been sent out, however since returning i have checked all our messaging devices and absolutely NO correspondence was received! This literally ruined our holiday! I am so so disappointed in Emirates! Now we are trying to submit a claim to our insurance and they are wanting a letter from Emirates to confirm the delay but this is proving to be extremely difficult in spite of my agent requesting it twice already and receiving confirmation of our request twice.
This is a scam! My daughter also received an email offering her a job without even knowing her
This company booked it's staff in to stay at our Guesthouse and paid weekly for a few weeks. Then after extending for a further seven days the three gentlemen checked out three days early. The company notified me of the early checkout and requested the final invoice. This invoice was never paid and the company then claimed that the staff member who had been making the bookings was not authorised to do so. This same staff member had made all the bookings over a period of six weeks on a Mayfair Gearbox official email. The company then "offered" to pay 50% of the remaining invoice in order to settle the account. It is not our business practice to allow our customers to negotiate rates after the fact and this company was certainly aware of our rates since they had been booking and paying for our services before. This is unprofessional behavior and extremely deceitful business practice by this company and i urge anyone who deals with this company to insist on payment upfront!
On the 12th of May we started visiting motor dealers in East London looking for a car for our daughter. After visiting a few we entered the Kia(second hand) dealership in Nahoon. We walked straight up to the vehicle that had got our attention. After looking at the car for a few minutes the salesman approached. We asked him a few questions, then my husband asked about a "cash price". He said that he could not answer that, we would need to ask his manager. He walked over and informed the manager who was sitting a few meters away that we wanted to speak to him. The manager continued to sit at his desk for some time until we in the end approached him at his desk. R163 000 he said! After looking at the car again we asked to take it for a test drive. This was arranged. On returning from the test drive we informed the salesman that we would like to purchase the car. Please keep in mind that we are requesting to buy a car off the floor for R163 000. No credit applications necessary. The salesman then went about telling us what he needed from us. And this is where i was reminded why five years earlier i ended up travelling to Queenstown to buy a Kia vehicle instead of dealing with this dealership! He first asked us for our details, which we provided. after spending what felt like an eternity there we left thinking that he had what he needed to process the paperwork. He then contacted us to say that he also needed our proof of address, i did ask why he didn't ask for that while we were sitting with him. I then delivered the proof of address. he then let us know that "Oh he also needs a certified copy of the ID". OMW, why didn't you say so? On the day we were due to make payment, I arrived at the dealership to pay, I was told that they could not accept the cash but that i could deposit it into their bank account...why not tell me that when i asked? The salesman was instructed to take me to the bank to deposit the money into the banking details provided. I do have a car of my own, but i assumed they wanted to observe me do the deposit, MAYBE! Yet when we arrived at the bank he just switched off his car and said we should go on in. After completing the business in the bank and coming out the salesman had locked his car and gone off to do his own business. I had to phone and ask to speak to a manager to request that they phone him and tell him that we are now waiting in the street. on Saturday the 15th of May we collected the car. We were told that a temporary plate would be on until the new ones would be available. A couple weeks later my daughter received a message from the salesman to say that her father owes R5000 at the traffic department and so they can issue the disk. we are business people so it took a few days for my husband to go to the traffic department to sort out the problem. Turns out it was R800 for a trailer that was sold some years back and definitely not R5000! My daughter then let the salesman know that the matter had been cleared up and they could proceed with licensing the car. When my daughter arrived at the dealership to have the new plates put on she was handed the papers and told to go to the post office or traffic department to fetch her cars disc. Now, exactly what did i pay these people a licensing fee for if they are just going to hand it to her to do?? No manager seems to take the matter seriously and we have been treated extremely poorly. I can only imagine that the car sales industry must be booming if this is how they can afford to treat a cash buyer! I would like to make it very clear that this dealership can be happy that they had the exact car that we were wanting on their floor because if it were based on their service we would have taken our cash elsewhere!!! It's now the 5th of June and the second set of temporary plates have expired and even after me storming into the branch on Friday and demanding that something be done as the car is now parked in our garage as it can't be used on the road. I spoke to a "NEW" manager on Friday morning and expected something to be done but it seems that he is fitting in really well and has done absolutely nothing to correct the situation. I had to go there again today Monday 5th, only to be faced with a salesman who knows nothing and a manager who is unavailable!
