Plaaswag don’t honor their word

It’s the 31st December and in spite of many pups being born and sold, Lionel Marais the owner of Plaaswag Boerboels has still not refunded me the R6000 I paid him for a pup who died due to being premature in May 2020! Mr. Marais promised to refund me and has since also promised the SAPS Investigator that he would refund me but it’s been eight months and Lionel Marais word means nothing!
