Place on the bay false advertising

We booked a beachfront apartment on airbnb with Martin (the host). The host conveniently left out the fact that the apartment is on top of a bar pumping loud music till late. We have small children as the ad stated it is great for family's. The whole apartment vibrates with the loudness of the music. Absolute false adverti*****t stating there are ceiling fans and air-condition in the apartment. Stating it is fully equipt for a "luxury stay". The kitchen has a incredibly strong foul smell, we can't even cook in there. The state of the bathroom is not good. I do not recommend this place at all.
