Thembi at Placecol
Placecol @ Cresta These days we have the luxury of mobile beauticians who will come to your home and tend to every one of your needs. Often, they work from home too and their rates are cheaper because of using a home venue. I am not one of those people who will try any of these options. Why? Because there is a very special beautician at Placecol Cresta who is better than any beautician I have ever been to. Her name is Thembi and she has taken care of me for quite a while now. Very seldom do you find a beautician who understands the needs of older people and their skin. As we age we need more TLC than when we were young. Thembi is the only person I have met who seems proficient with both older and younger skins. She is the reason I come to Placecol in Cresta. Thanks, Thembi for all your help, advice and TLC. I went for a henna eyebrow tint. I asked if there is anything like paroxide or amonia in the henna, which they are using for the tint. They say no definitely not. When I was there for the tint, I asked again. Well my face swarted swelling, I can not see out of my eyes, it is closed regarding the swelling. It cost me R360 and now it is gone. The doctor gace me cortizone tablets and cream. The consultation was R500.00 and the medicine a lot. Placecol The Village in Moreletapark Pretoria must please give me my money back. Thank you and kind regards.

Excellent Customer Service at Wonderboom, Placecol!
I would like to leave a glowing review for Carol at Wonderboom, Placecol. The services she provides, both customer service and as a nail technician are excellent. She is friendly, professional and fabulous at nails. I refuse to go anywhere else. Placecol (Wonderboom) is lucky to have her as an employee.

I would like to leave a glowing review for Carol at Wonderboom, Placecol. The services she provides, both customer service and as a nail technician are excellent. Awesome servicr at Ben Fleur
Placecol Witbank Ben Fleur had the most awesome people!! So friendly and helpfull! I felt like queen after my laser treatment just because of the friendly people and the great service! Keep it up❤

Always a disappointment
I am always disappointed when I leave Placecol (Woodlands) Let's start with last month: I booked a gel mani-pedi after receiving an SMS stating it is a special for R499, the nail technician also informed me of the special running so when I phoned to book and confirmed the special I was highly disappointed after the fact when I was told to pay in almost R900! Anyway, they gave me some silly winter warmer box with a serum and facial voucher. Sithabile told me to book a facial on Wednesday as they have a special... so I did... and confirmed telephonically. Today I went for a Wellness Wednesday facial and was told that the voucher is invalid and I cannot redeem it because I must spend more than R350. I just paid R350 so I still don't see where that ****** logic comes in. I have gone through ALL the terms and conditions on the website as well as on the voucher a d find NOTHING mentioning it. This is false pricing which is against the CPA! Also all the ladies standing there didn't say a damn word when I asked them to confirm that they told me about the specials and the bookings. They couldn't even look me in the eye.

Hi i went for a facial that was on special. At the time i made payment i was overcharged. When i got home i made a call to Placecol. The lady that did the facial agreed that i was overcharged. I was told that they will make a refund but did not have cash. I asked to speak to the manager but she was still not available, but said she will give her a message to phone me back. I phoned again on the 20th but they still did not have cash and offered to leave it on my account until my next treatment. I did not want that and again asked for the cash. Stiil no call from the manager. I made another call this morning and was told they do not have cash. I asked to speak to the Manager and was told she is not going to be in today. My husband then spoke to them and they still had no cash. Words were said and they phoned back 1/2 hour later and said i can now collect my cash.

Worst gel nails
Stay away from Placecol Mall of Africa. The nail techs don't know what they are doing, they are inexperienced, I could have done a better job. I got the worst service from the employees and manager.

I went to placecol wonderboom around 11 on Saturday to try and get my eyelashes done and I was told they are fully booked I asked if there was space for tomorrow they said no but there is space on Monday being today at 10 I accepted although it was far I moved all my appointments so that I can make it. Around 10 I saw I was still far I called them to inform them I will be late and they said OK. Only to receive a call 15min later when I was already at the malls gate that I could not be assisted I tried to explain it to the lady that this is the only time I had and I. was already at the gate and she told me she had a client already a d will only finish at 3 abd thereafter she has another client. Is it only one lash technician in that store as I had spent my money to get to the mall and ensured that I called to inform them
