Bad Service at Planet Nails Paarl

Planet Nails in Paarl refused to exchange gels, even though we had the slip. These were bought for someone and that someone already had those colours therefore we needed to exchange them for more gels than originally were bought, So we would be spending more than the original purchase. Its against consumer goods council to not exchange, especially if you have a slip. We will definitely not be shopping there again. We also travelled from far.
