Very very bad! I do not know why do I keep on going back to those people's. We bought a cuticle cutter, the steel one and the pink rubber one. The pink one, the main cutter falls off and the steel one worse it does not cut at all. And the ladies there in the front, you can even hear them confirming that the steel one its a reject. But guess what obvious they don't care. While they were agreeing this on camera that its not working. But I'm still rejected on getting help, thew wax i bought it does not even remove the hair at all. They start questioning my work, if I am waxing properly, while I have been waxing for more than a decade. These people they are very defensive, when I started buying from these people years back they did the same. The table broke and they said it was my fault. While it was a week in a table they don't sale quality at all. The pink tweezers u will think it was digging the Graves it rusted. They are saying their policy is 7days. So in 7 days how was i gonna use those things while I was still finishing up my other products. And the is this fat Afrikaans lady very rude. They give attention to white people , black people they don't care. Just imagine we bought products worth more than 8k. Just for them to change 3 things its a problem. I'm very disappointed big time.

I am writing to report my disappointing experience with planet nail regarding a refund request for items I purchased that contained ingredients I am allergic to. Unfortunately, before using the products, I discovered that they contained ingredients that I am allergic to. I contacted the company to request a full refund, but they refused, citing that it was not their fault. Instead, they offered to deduct 20% from the original price of each item. I am extremely dissatisfied with the company's response and believe that they should take full responsibility for ensuring the products they sell are safe for all customers. Sincerely, Retsidisitswe

I am writing to report my disappointing experience with planet nail regarding a refund request for items I purchased that contained ingredients I am allergic to. Planet Nails in Paarl refused to exchange gels, even though we had the slip. These were bought for someone and that someone already had those colours therefore we needed to exchange them for more gels than originally were bought, So we would be spending more than the original purchase. Its against consumer goods council to not exchange, especially if you have a slip. We will definitely not be shopping there again. We also travelled from far.

I work for a company that has multiple entities, one of which is a spa, (all our locations have a spa and therefore we buy alot of stock from planet nails) However my experience was atrocious with my last visit was to planet nails - Waverly.. This is the most ********* and uncouth business I've come across.. To make the matters wors, the fosil I assume owns the business is worse than the government.. My car was loaded and is front wheel drive, the buissiness in situated in someones garage and there is no paving in the yard.. So this fosil of a supposed to be manager, came storming towards my vehicle and left a scuff/scratch while shouting at me that I should not speed in their yard.. Due to her bad attitude and disrespect the protion of the company that usually support

I have received/payed for a deluxe kolinsky brush ... after only 2 uses you can see the low quality , I have bought shein brushes with beter quality . Also the customer service is very bad ... waiting over a week for a reply from them

I just need to say thank you to Kayla and Jenene that's always so helpful and friendly but also very professional ladies. I can walk anytime in that shop, and they are always willing to help me and explain what I might doing wrong and give me advice and show me how to do this. It is not even an effort for them to take their time to help me. This I call customer services and you don't get that anymore.
