Bad bad experience. This lady her name is Sharon phindile From checkers in flamewood. Clue less and making checkers go down. I bought a wrong oros flavor on Saturday then on Monday I take it back ti change to the proper flavor didn't the lady just say to me I have to pay extra coz the special ended. Yho I am really shocked. I was like I am not gonna pay extra . Coz I bought it when it was on special. Then she goes saying the dummest this. Saying the system says so. Just imagine. So I was like im not paying call the manager. The manager did not even have an issue. She changed on the system. Please back people in checkers have respect to ur owner black people its disgusting. Then she goes saying why im fighting while I am asking her wrong doing. Imagine. Then she walks away while talking to me. Well done checkers you really train ur people well.
Yho! Yho! I never ever not tipped the waiter or waitress. But this one ngiyabonga. You can tell she did not want to serve me. It was my first time trying that one. Hoping next time I will take my kids. But definitely not. The wimpy at N12 klerksdorp. Yho! The second was rotten. Asked for white bread i was given brown. I was given large cappuccino that I did not ask for. So I ended up paying for the size I did not ask for. I asked for Tabasco sauce. She served me ne via the window while she outside. Lol! What a joke! Worse the manager, the manager here is white. He only asks white people if they are happy with their meals and only check tables were whites are sitting. Yaa neeh! Wimpy N12 check you cameras well if do have. The is bad service there . I been going to wimpy since I was 18 years I even made friends and family from the staff at wimpy in cresta mall in joburg. Here in klerksdorp professional none ****** high. I wasted my money for nothing.
They sale expired alcohol. When i complain and show them pics they say they need a reall bottle they cant assist while I drank the drink that has the expire date rubbed. Off They cant assist me with the complain coz I trew away the bottle.while they can see the pics and slip that I sent them.
Why is 1st for women selling our information to other companies. I was called by another company acting has if they work for 1st for women, and they mentioned everything regarding my cover which is it shows they have my information. This is very dangerous and not safe. It's better not to have cover once. Just imagine
From last year, I was told the manager was gonna call. Still today no call. They dnt train their team. The is an online consultant who was above being rude with me on the phone his name was Amos Sibanda. I was shocked to hear someone just talking to a client as if im just a thing
I called this people sent them an email. And still they send me a message to say they have closed my case coz they cant reach me how stupid is that im very missed off they are selling rotten food. So why cant they communicate via the email if they cant reach me on my mobile . Im very disappointed and angry.
Very very bad! I do not know why do I keep on going back to those people's. We bought a cuticle cutter, the steel one and the pink rubber one. The pink one, the main cutter falls off and the steel one worse it does not cut at all. And the ladies there in the front, you can even hear them confirming that the steel one its a reject. But guess what obvious they don't care. While they were agreeing this on camera that its not working. But I'm still rejected on getting help, thew wax i bought it does not even remove the hair at all. They start questioning my work, if I am waxing properly, while I have been waxing for more than a decade. These people they are very defensive, when I started buying from these people years back they did the same. The table broke and they said it was my fault. While it was a week in a table they don't sale quality at all. The pink tweezers u will think it was digging the Graves it rusted. They are saying their policy is 7days. So in 7 days how was i gonna use those things while I was still finishing up my other products. And the is this fat Afrikaans lady very rude. They give attention to white people , black people they don't care. Just imagine we bought products worth more than 8k. Just for them to change 3 things its a problem. I'm very disappointed big time.
These people destroy my 7 year old"s day. It was her birthday I ordered a cake and they gave the wrong one. And we realized when we got home,while visitors where already there for the birthday lunch. Wrong flavor, and she does not eat black forest we requested chocolate cake. I been writing to them no luck!
Gosh! God help this company and their amazing stuff grow big in life. I was stuck in klerksdorp jouberton with my 6year old daughter. Everyone who was willing to help needed money and while I was already distressed with my young daughter. Those 3 Mamokomane guys Thabang and the other who kept me company while he was also stuck and the other that offered water. God bless them. They pulled my car, and never even asked for a cent from me. Mamokomane, please keep those 3 gentleman's into your business. They are the people to be kept. They really showed Ubuntu. I'm even now willing to take a policy with them. Thank you again.
Very bad service at Overland in jouberton klerksdorp. The check out guy just took my glossaries out of my bag. And never returned them back. When I ask why , they say I'm supposed to leave them on the trolley. So what is the reason for me to bring shopping bags. And they were laughinga at me, mocking me. The worse part it is man. Very very bad service.
