Annoying to run after people that you supported their business
These people i have emailed them asking them why the massage machine i bought from them does now work. It only shows a key sign. They don't respond. I bought this machine to help me with my body pains. But now its not doing anything. It's annoying to email a company and they don't even have a decent to come back to u.

ME AND MY WIFE BOUGHT THE PREMIUM PACKAGE OF THE DNA THERAPY. We use the devices now for 2 weeks and there is a good result. Both of us feel good after the therapy session and believe that on the long run it will be a good part of our.lifestyle and health wise worth it. KHYLE the.salesperson was very helpful and after the sale I contact her for advice and she was very helpful. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. I BELIEVE ON THE LONG RUN IT WOULD.HAVE BEEN A GOOD THING BUYING THE DNA devices .

Devices malfunctions within weeks and warranty exchanges are difficult
I have had to replace the massage touch screen machine three times in a month after purchase. struggled to get a warranty finalized. And now the devices has similar defects as was the original replaced issue. they do not want to honor their waranty, stating i have to pay handling and delivery fees, although their website also claims free delivery in SA, and also claiming that they are no longer tied to the franchise that i bought it from, but my warranty is registered to the Cape town company? I wanted to return the original device within a month of purchase, i was not satisfied, but i was sweet talked into keeping, with replacements on replacements and extra goodies. i only opened the newly replaced device 18 months later as i was totally flabbergasted by my experience, and only a week after use it has the same issues. not fully functional.
