PURCHASE AT PLANET 54 ONLINE

I bought bags, clothes from the store and it's taking forever for them to refund me. I have been calling and sending emails. Planet 54 but in vain. My parcel is still with Aramex 17 May 2023 I was told they don't know where they are supposed to deliver and I'm very angry. It seems like they don't want to take back they staff and refund me.
