Useless Gym company ever by far.

If you are ever considering a gym company. Please dont waste your time with @PlanetFitnessZA, to say the least. These are ****mers, fly by nights and they will take every opportunity to milk the **** out you. The staff and so call manager behavior is appalling. These guys charged us for a full price for 4-5 while the vitality was active. After that the said no we should have came back to link the vitality in the branch. But the consultants dismally failed to advise as such in the beginning. When I told the sales manager this, he advised that he can't ask for a full refund because the consultant will be given a warning. I was kind and said cool call me and you can refund us 2 months. He failed to honor calling me back after countless begging to be called. Fast forward I ignored it because I was like my contract will come to the end now in January me and my wife. I have just canceled and I was told my contract is left with 5 months and my wife is left with 9 months, how the hell! is that because these were 12 months contract signed up in January 2023. Explained to me, maybe I'm a dumbass. This a ****y situation honestly and I hate this useless company. I want my money and this thing canceled. I will take you to the ombuds.
