Poor warranty service

Purchased a NavOne android radio from Planetworld. First of all the microphone was only working from time to time,had to go through a long process of trying to get some help with regards to it, eventually they agreed to take the unit for testing and fix. Only to be told they wont be collecting the unit from me but rather a branch GP

Just simply want what I paid for without issues
