Don’t attempt to use them

I rented a cone crusher from Plant Index on 29 November 2025 and paid R490,475.00 in full. Unfortunately, the machine has still not been delivered to date and I have also not received a refund. Initially, I communicated with Romeo and later with Anthony. Over the past four months I have repeatedly been given promises that the matter would be resolved but nothing has happened. My attempts to follow up have also been met with a very unhelpful and rude attitude. After waiting this long without delivery or a refund, I am extremely disappointed with the service. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before hiring from Plant Index.
