Unreliable service, poor communication, unreachable. Overall terrible experience

Still haven't received my order 4 days after placing my order. Only received my tracking number after day 3 and the package has not even been collected from the supplier.

To make things worse I can't reach anyone from the business. From extreme excitement to extreme concern
