Anyone buying one of their new decoders should know the following:
1. They charge R1.50 per minute for you to utilise their activation app (something they conveniently omitted in their online activation video. 2. It's not as simple as what they want you to believe.
I bought one of these new decoders about a week ago, and I'm still stuck at the activation stage, because the moment you agree to pay them R1.50 per minute to use their activation app (which you can access by dialling *120*6843*1# and choosing option 1), it asks you for your postal code, and no matter what you type in, it simply keeps on rejecting it (be it a valid postal code or not).
That's where I still am, one week after buying their product. Unless I get a response from them *immediately*, I will be returning mine for a full refund, and I'm writing this as a warning to others: Don't be fooled by them!
