Platform Quartz Kitchens Extreme caution

*Warning Regarding Michael Kelvin Kutadzaushe and Platform Quartz Kitchens*

I advise extreme caution when dealing with Michael Kelvin Kutadzaushe and Platform Quartz Kitchens, which seems to operate from 12 Hedrik Potgieter Street, Parow. However, their website, https://platformquartz.co.za, lists a different adress at 92 Connaught Road, Parow. 

They arrived two hours late for installation, did not create any templates, and attempted to cut the quartz on-site. One piece was cut incorrectly, but he refused to recut it. Additionally, a second quartz piece was noticeably bent (sagged), but he chose to install it anyway and cover the issue up. The next day, we discovered the problem and informed him immediately. This is when the runaround began.  After multiple messages and promises and us stating the urgency of this installation, he claimed he didn't know how to fix it - recutting and reinstalling or a refund seemed to be off the table for them. 

Ultimately, he provided no solution, leaving the client high and dry.  I will not recommend these individuals, as they clearly lack knowledge in their trade and use subpar products. Please exercise extreme caution!
