*Warning Regarding Michael Kelvin Kutadzaushe and Platform Quartz Kitchens* I advise extreme caution when dealing with Michael Kelvin Kutadzaushe and Platform Quartz Kitchens, which seems to operate from 12 Hedrik Potgieter Street, Parow. However, their website, https://platformquartz.co.za, lists a different adress at 92 Connaught Road, Parow. They arrived two hours late for installation, did not create any templates, and attempted to cut the quartz on-site. One piece was cut incorrectly, but he refused to recut it. Additionally, a second quartz piece was noticeably bent (sagged), but he chose to install it anyway and cover the issue up. The next day, we discovered the problem and informed him immediately. This is when the runaround began. After multiple messages and promises and us stating the urgency of this installation, he claimed he didn't know how to fix it - recutting and reinstalling or a refund seemed to be off the table for them. Ultimately, he provided no solution, leaving the client high and dry. I will not recommend these individuals, as they clearly lack knowledge in their trade and use subpar products. Please exercise extreme caution!

Never is a long time, but never again. We booked a Bakkie for a one-day repair job. Constant follow-up in the afternoon to see when and if we can pick it up. Spoke to George who always (every time I phoned) hands the phone to the next person, with no interest in assisting. Brandon at the service desk, who refuses to speak to me (yes, we could hear all background communication over the phone) says he is in a meeting with the boss and promises to phone us first thing in the morning. Never happens. I got hold of George again the next day, just to again be handed over, this time to Hannes who is willing to assist. Hannes then told me that they haven't started with the bakkie and blamed load-shedding. I informed Hayes that I will be picking up the bakkie and that I simply don't trust them to do a half-decent job after poor service, misinformation, overhearing disrespectful discussions on the phone, nonchalant attitude and non-communication from day one. Asked that the boss phones me back, receptionist 'can't' give the number out and promised the boss, Walter Hayes will phone me back. Again asked Walter to phone us when the bakkie was picked up. Still waiting on that call. You are probably better off paying a few rands more at a reputable dealer.
Below my letter to Sunday Times - please respond!

To the Circulation Manager

I subscribed to Sunday Times for a year and of course received The Times as part of the package. Since then, I've been trying to get your company to cancel The Times delivery at my home for security reasons mainly. Now, I assume this is a great way to claim circulation and readership of a quality audience to advertisers, but I can assure you that I am NOT INTERESTED in getting The Times.

Since the company seemed unwilling or unable to deliver on my numerous requests, my only hope was to wait a year until my subscription expired. You guessed it, I no longer receive the Sunday Times but of course still gets The Times delivered on a daily basis. I really trust that I don't form part of your claimed circulation numbers or bulk sales.

This is bordering on the same principles as getting annoying spammed SMS messages at 3:00 in the morning.

PLEASE, stop delivery to my home immediately or I will be forced to take this further.

PS. I really enjoyed the Sunday Times every Sunday but with your \package deal"offer"
