NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE SUNDAY TIMES
I AM A FULLY PAID SUBSCRIBER OF THE SUNDAY TIMES. I WANT TO PRINT THE PUZZLES PAGE SO THAT I CAN DO THE PUZZLES BY HAND DURING THE WEEK. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO DO THE PUZZLES ONLINE ON THE E-EDITION. I HAVE EMAILED *** three times and have not received any response. I have phoned the Customer help desk twice and have been told that my question does not form part of their job description. I feel that I am being short-changed as I cannot fully enjoy all the parts of the newspaper that I have paid for.
