Exceptional Service and Incredible Food!
We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Memory at Platia, and she truly made our dining experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Memory welcomed us with such warmth and kindness – it felt like we were being looked after by a friend. She was not only incredibly attentive but also radiated genuine positivity and care in everything she did. Memory is the kind of person who turns a great meal into a memorable occasion. Her professionalism, friendly nature, and sincere hospitality make her a true asset to Platia. It’s rare to come across someone so naturally gifted in customer service – she made us feel valued, comfortable, and completely at home. And as for the food? Absolutely amazing. Every dish was packed with flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with love. The combination of delicious cuisine and Memory’s outstanding service made our visit one to remember. Highly recommend Platia – and if you’re lucky enough to be served by Memory, you’re in for something special!

Best service and food
<p>Me and my fiance went there last night and we enjoyed it so much. The lady we dealt with Shyleen has the perfect personality and makes her clients feel at home. She is very friendly and delivers prompt service. The food was delicious and we had a romantic time with a table set with roses and candles. That was a night to remember. Thank you Platia and Shyleen you guys are the best!!!</p>

Best service and food
<p>Me and my fiance went there last night and we enjoyed it so much. The lady we dealt with Shyleen has the perfect personality and makes her clients feel at home. She is very friendly and delivers prompt service. The food was delicious and we had a romantic time with a table set with roses and candles. That was a night to remember. DISSAPOINTED
I booked a table for a 30 birthday 09 March 2015 with Mike Malamas for the date of 28 March 2015 at 19h00.<br> <br> In email correspondence, Mike arranged to do table decorations for this special occasion as well as to order me a cake - all at extra cost of course, to be paid with the bill. I have records of these emails.<br> <br> Unfortunately when we arrived at Platia on 28 March 2015, there were no decorations and in fact, we were placed right by the entrance at a horrible, busy table. Needless to say the waiter did not know anything about the arrangements made by Mike and there was also no cake. No one really made any effort to resolve the matter for me as management seemed to occupied with pictures being taken for Facebook.<br> <br> The waiter's service was horrible and we found cockroaches which we pointed out to him.<br> <br> How dissapointing and embarrasing :-(
