Platinum Century Property's replyOfficial
31 Oct 2022, 08:15Bernadene in our opinion was very hard on the house, she paid very little attention to the swimming pool,(no charge) broke a wrought iron chair,(no charge), dropped purple paint onto the garden furniture and the sand stone tiles (no charge ) damaged the aluminum doors to the garden,(no Charge) used wet mops on the laminate floors and damaged the floors and quarter rounds(no charge) We did NOT charge for cleaning the house. We did NOT charge for Fumigation of the house (two dogs lived indoors) The only items that were charged for were cupboard doors damaged by heavy objects smashed against them, one bedroom door with deep indentation from something round been hit against it. Two Air-conditioned remotes that were lost, and some hanging rails that we lost and or damaged beyond repair. We spent many hours repairing door handles that they kept breaking off the bedroom door, repairs to pool pump, a new pool cleaner, repairing the solar chlorinator and filters, up grading of side gate to garden and enormous time spent in repair and reestablishing the garden that was so badly neglected. All in all I think that Platinum was very considerate and only charged for items that had to be replace, where we could repair without too much labour we did without charging.
We endevour to be fair to our clients.
Bernadene was not even at the house to hand over the keys (sick was the reason if i remember correctly)
Pictures are available.
We do wish her well and good luck in her business venture.
Best regards,
