Worst brokers ever

Have had the worst experience trying to sign up a broker and get assistance. She is unprofessional and unethical. Promises to send me documents before my chance to change medical aid, expires; and when I send 5 emails I get a reaction back where she speaks to me like a 6 year old; she comments on each question I had with a very sarcastic and unprofessional attitude, biting me **** and thinking that is the way a broker should respond.

I have never in my life had such a horrible experience from somebody that claims to be great at their job. Managing DIrector - JOKE! You, Broker 2015/400961/07 are a joke, you are unprofessional, unethical and a child in the way you treat potential customers.

You can assist my parents but want to talk to me that way and refer to them in kids-tones.

I would not recommend Platinum Medical Aid Consultants to ANYBODY!
