I ordered my product on Sunday. Paid extra for 24-48 hour delivery. Not getting any feedback from them, and now their support emails aren't delivering. This must be a ****. Probably losing my money
I ordered my watch on Thursday and on Monday I received it. I am very satisfied with the product and quick service I received. Waiting for the stock to come in, to order a screen protector. Will recommend this watch to everyone.

Great doctor and friendly. Always straight to the point and direct, but simpathetic as well. Him, the neurologist and rheumatologist together saved my life more than once and I am grateful for them. Would recommend to anyone! 10 stars!!!
Have had the worst experience trying to sign up a broker and get assistance. She is unprofessional and unethical. Promises to send me documents before my chance to change medical aid, expires; and when I send 5 emails I get a reaction back where she speaks to me like a 6 year old; she comments on each question I had with a very sarcastic and unprofessional attitude, biting me **** and thinking that is the way a broker should respond. I have never in my life had such a horrible experience from somebody that claims to be great at their job. Managing DIrector - JOKE! You, Broker 2015/400961/07 are a joke, you are unprofessional, unethical and a child in the way you treat potential customers. You can assist my parents but want to talk to me that way and refer to them in kids-tones. I would not recommend Platinum Medical Aid Consultants to ANYBODY!
I used to get my sushi from Asia House @ Ease Centre - Centurion. Lately they have been making their portions smaller and looser - just touching them makes it fall apart. Last night 3 out of 4 pieces of the one type we ordered - DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE FISH ON IT AS IT SHOULD! piece nr 4 only has ONE SMALL PIECE. And the handroll....just rice with a reallyyyyyy small piece in - horrible! Used to get food there and LOVE it but now...after 3 years they have LOST me as a customer
Worst Fruit and veg department ever. For a spar it is disgraceful. Closest to me - yet I drive down to the spar on Jean avenue for better service. Rotten, mif, old fruits and veg - and that is on the shelf. I fyou lucky it LOOKS fresh; but the next day after buying - all rotten. Happened more than once with me now - so sad because it is a great spar except for this!
So I join them, with a guarantee of 6 weeks until installation, after nothing I phone them a lot of times and email - no resonse. Finally - sorry mam you have been postponed for two more months... I tell them to cancel my contract and come get their modem as I will move to a reliable servie - yet they then IGNORE me for two weeks, and then STEAL my money as they debitted my account for the modem they am suppose to come collect! After that they still ignore me, spam me with ********** 00's of sms'es telling me they will get back to me, but yet nothing. I phone then they will phone back, I email - ignored, So how am I suppose to get my money back for a product and service I dont want AFTER THEY BROKE THE SERVICE AGREEMENT. I NEVER GAVE PERMISSION TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT FOR ANYTHING A WEEK BEFORE PAYDAY - FOR A PRODUCT THAT IS THEIRS AND AM WAITING TO BE RETURNED TO THEM.. THATS THEFT AND I WILL REVERSE EVERYTHING BUT STILL!!!! PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have never had such a terrible service, as at this specific store! They have booked me last week Wednesday for a repair - where I must have been contact on Thursday; due to one staff member not being in, the whole store stood still and I could not get assistance from anybody. It takes anything from 5-20 minutes to answer a phone call, Going into the store is even worse since the staff joke around and sit but dont help. Book my phone finally, a week later and then the staff member is not there AGAIN!!! thereafter I had to recevie my phone at 12, but they could not even phone me - no I have to try and get hold of them again - just to find out that they say I will only get my phone back end of business. Now running your work on your phone - and not having arranged such a PATHETIC service - this is UNACCEPTABLE. When I complain - the manager says MMMMM and that it always takes so long - so how the hell do you book your customers if it always takes this long!!! then book then in advance and say one full day - not 4 hours!! This is a joke the kind of service that I have received. The staff member pitches up late for work and then customer have to book in with people that dont even know what they are doing - dont take the time they specified and then expects us to just accept the service when they know it never takes half a day. Pathetic - Due to this franchise i WILL NEVER BUY OR REPAIR FROM ANY DION WIRED AGAIN!!
First order - Wraps and pizza - No avo as one person is allergic (wrap came with avo) Pizza had extra garlic order - no garlic at all Second order - chillers choc drinks - No barista, no ice, no barista, no ice. Thats the excuses - so why have the item on your menu if you have one staff member to make it and they never at work or you nave have stock of ice or things? Third order - 7h50am we order 5 breakfasts - egg, bacon, vienna, and mushrooms; (2 scrambled, 2 sunnyside, 1 hard egg with no toats and extra mushroom. Order delivered 09h20am, bread in, no mushroom, soft eggs, old bread, no toasted bread.. People are allergic and they dont listen, cold food, wrong orders and attitude from employees!!
