Refund refused

Order placed with Platinum and when I wanted to cancel within 48hours they refuse to refund my money and want to retain R47000 for a system that they still have in their possession and did not deliver to me. I have not signed any documentation with Platinum and yet I am not allowed to cancel. Their practices are in contravention of the Consumer Protection Act and they cannot be allowed to treat customers this way.
