Platinum Solutions terrible service and have no regard for customers
i requested a quotation on the 17th of September and was told that i would get one the next day, i have called them numerous times and have still not heard back from them, the receptionist/person who is taking my call, keeps taking my phone number but no one calls be back.

Horrible client service. Terrible sales man.
I joined platinum solutions hoping to find a sales system for my studio. I was told to put down a certain amount before even being allowed to view the said program. The sales man Gerhard van Der Merwe arrived at my studio and to my disgust once he had started up the damn thing the system wasn't appropriate for my studio at all, this after he had promised it was exactly what I needed. I have paid my monthly debit orders however several months ago I asked them why I was sold something that didn't work for my studio. After saying they would look into it and get back to me, they never did. So here I am seven months later still waiting for someone to phone. Why was I sold something under false pretenses? I have had to pay the stupid thing for over two years now. I believe they do sloppy business and no one has a clue what's going on. There isn't proper communication between gauteng and Cape Town. I absolutely hate this company! I have settled my remaining amount and ended the contract. But good heavens what crap service.

Refund refused
Order placed with Platinum and when I wanted to cancel within 48hours they refuse to refund my money and want to retain R47000 for a system that they still have in their possession and did not deliver to me. I have not signed any documentation with Platinum and yet I am not allowed to cancel. Their practices are in contravention of the Consumer Protection Act and they cannot be allowed to treat customers this way.
