Platinum Solutions terrible service and have no regard for customers
i requested a quotation on the 17th of September and was told that i would get one the next day, i have called them numerous times and have still not heard back from them, the receptionist/person who is taking my call, keeps taking my phone number but no one calls be back.

Bad service and incorrectly deducting money
They called me to setup a debit order for my Vodacom contract, I agreed due to lockdown, and the debit order went off, but my sim card was blocked, I was up to date with payments but now I'm in arrears because they have not updated vodacom,

Bad Service
Approval is quick but Payment of funds takes too long, Very bad, Consultants can only tell you if you Loan has been Approved or not, they can not check if funds have been released or not, very frustrating. and the only reason i applied for the loan was for a family emergency, now i still haven't got the money.
