You do not make it easy for people who are unable to hear or drive!! You insist the person speak with you over the phone, when they cannot and then you insist they drive to one of your branches, when they cannot drive! Even though this person has given permission in writing at one of your branches that i may assist them in their banking. What are you doing to accommodate your disabled clients??? Pathetic!!
I joined platinum solutions hoping to find a sales system for my studio. I was told to put down a certain amount before even being allowed to view the said program. The sales man Gerhard van Der Merwe arrived at my studio and to my disgust once he had started up the damn thing the system wasn't appropriate for my studio at all, this after he had promised it was exactly what I needed. I have paid my monthly debit orders however several months ago I asked them why I was sold something that didn't work for my studio. After saying they would look into it and get back to me, they never did. So here I am seven months later still waiting for someone to phone. Why was I sold something under false pretenses? I have had to pay the stupid thing for over two years now. I believe they do sloppy business and no one has a clue what's going on. There isn't proper communication between gauteng and Cape Town. I absolutely hate this company! I have settled my remaining amount and ended the contract. But good heavens what crap service.
