[URL Removed] are crooks

I wanted to try play lottery syndicates and [URL Removed] came highly recommend by reviews. Their website is unclear about costs. They say it will cost you ?1 but after I entered my cc details, I get an email that's says they are going to charge me ?39.6. I was still okay with that, but then on 4/01 they deducted ?79 pounds from my account. They promised a refund, but I received nothing, I emailed them 3 times, nothing. They responded and apologised for the delay, but still no refund.
