Been trying to do an upgrade for over a month now. Spoken to multiple people. just useless.
****mers! They have been sending me daily SMS demands to pay outstanding debt that is made up! We need to mass report this company to get them shut down.
Agents are always snarky and cut you off. You can be as friendly as you can, they don't care. Customer service in non-existent. they don't feel feathers for you or your problems. I hate dealing with this company. Always puts me in a bad mood.
I urgently needed a proof of payment. I sent it to myself via the app, and via the online banking an hour ago! I called in for assistance, after waiting forever to talk to someone, i get cut off. F u seriously FU
I've been your biggest supporter for over 20 years. The service I received today at the Northmead Square branxh was shocking. Since when does it take 50 mins for a card collection? 2 people in front of me, and when I got called, my card couldn't be found, and I was asked to be seated again. It's not even busy, but I see 2 ladies helping one card collection, and nobody at the card services kiosk. Nedbank Northmead Square has never been this slow or unorganized.
Cancelled with Web Africa, after a huge struggle. I had to pay R999 for the router, fine, but then they just deducted an additional R999 from my account as a "Clawback Fee" after I confirmed with one of their agents, that there are no additional costs or fees after cancellation, besides the router. I hate you WebAfrica, you probably took 2 years off my life with the stress you have caused me. How do you even run a business like this?
I've had my Fiber for just over a week. Its very intermittent and i have chatted to their technical support team 5 times now. Even though they have been as helpful as they possibly can, i am unhappy with the product and the quality of the internet. I have also been told that there isn't a possibility for a refund and that i will be penalized if i cancel. So the only way forward is that i have to log faults every day or two forever and ever, because there is no way for me to get my refund to find a new isp to provide me a better internet connection. I have an online radio show and its so embarrassing when my connection bombs out in the middel of the show. I am so frustrated i could cry.
Very concerned. Dropbox deducted money from my account, without me providing my new card details.
I have done many printing jobs through Printulu and the service is absolutely fantastic. It is convenient and efficient, and when there are any issues, Printulu sorts it out right away. A big shout out to Derlwyn and his team.
Spent a morning at Panarottis Festival Mall with my son. The staff was amazing, the food was amazing, we had a really great time. Thank you!
