I app**** for 3TB of dropbox space - I didn't mind paying the R200 and something. I didn't even use 100gig. They tried to charge me over R400. Deleted everything and contacted their support yesterday and told them to close the account, they told me how, I closed it. Transactions still trying to go through. They will rob you. Don't use it!

This is the one company I am really not happy with My subscriptions expired due to the my c/card no which changed now, I've been trying to get hold of them to assist me in renewing my subsriptions, but there is just no way of reaching them. thus resutling in all my photos not being safe anymore - it is actually not able to access them at all. so I don't see the puurpose of saving my photos and documents with them, if one cannot access it at all again due to non-support from them.

This is the one company I am really not happy with My subscriptions expired due to the my c/card no which changed now, I've been trying to get hold of them to assist me in renewing my subsriptions, but there is just no way of reaching them. thus resutling in all my photos not being safe anymore - it is actually not able to access them at all. so I don't see the puurpose of saving my photos and documents with them, if one cannot access it at all again due to non-support from them.

My dropbox account was cancelled a year ago and now they charged my card again. I cannot find any contact details on their website to get a refund and their support page does not work. The chatbox keeps throwing out articles that do not help and I cannot get hold of a single actual person that I can communicate with. The amount is for R12 000 so it is not a small amount!

My dropbox account was cancelled a year ago and now they charged my card again. I cannot find any contact details on their website to get a refund and their support page does not work. Dropbox sucks!!!!! 7 Times now TODAY ALONE I have had a download from dropbox fail, each time after almost an hour. My internet connection remains stable but the download just drops after reaching very close to 100%. This happens time and again. I often have the unfortunate task of having to accept videos from clients via this torrid excuse for a service and every time the downloads fail over and over again. PLEASE if you have any option do not use this rubbish so called service but rather use Mega.nz or literally anything else. I have cancelled my paid subscription because they are not worth a cent of my hard earned money. DROPBOX SUCKS!

Everyone has used Dropbox and understands it's simple user interface which makes it easy to deploy in any business. The team management looks simple but is actually quite powerful with features like shared team folders and just general shared files with comments is helpful. However, Microsoft IAM is not supported and users need an account with Dropbox to be able to collaborate.

Once you join Dropbox and supply your credit card information they will keep billing your no matter what. I received an E-mail from Dropbox on the 11th of September 2021 stating that my plan will not renew. I tried to cancel my subscription prior to this date but the debit order went off my account in any event. Now, in September 2022 the debit order for R2,000+ went off again. There is no way of stopping Dropbox.

Dropbox is a great cloud storage solution, however the online support is nonexistent when your account has been disabled. For some reason my account has been disabled and there is absolutely no way to get in contact with an administrator or a person or email, to get this resolved. All support goes via sign in and in my case it is not possible even to get an email to reset my account. Since I am not signed in, I cannot sync my files or add new files to the cloud. Dropbox has all my info and I cannot even delete it. Since I have an automatic payment schedule, I am unable to stop that, since I cannot sign in. I am left with no option as to change my credit card details to prevent the future automatic payment from going through. If you do have a Dropbox account, I suggest not to select an automatic future payment schedule. Dropbox, if you want to keep me as a client, you should contact me via an email where I can reply to or mobile, before 23 August.

I enjoy using Dropbox. BUT I needed to CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION due to my financial circumstances. I downgraded to the FREE basic plan in June last year but I AM STILL BEING DEBITED R199 EVERY MONTH! The Dropbox help function is close to non-existent. I am SO frustrated! I am paying money every month for NOTHING! I want it stopped and I want a refund! Any ideas?
