Don't ever get Vodacom Fibre! Service is pathetic and speed was terrible always! Our line was cancelled end of March notice given beginning of March now they won't release my Frogfoot line so that I can get another service provider. Frogfoot says Vodacom will only release the line 7 June!!! So Vodacom holds the line hostage for 2 months so you cannot get another service provider. I have been on the Vodacom Fibre Call line every day this week for at least 20min each time and still our line has not been released. No direct person I can speak to so poor consultant each time has to handle an extremely agitated person! Stay far away!
Excellent service with fresh produce!
My dropbox account was cancelled a year ago and now they charged my card again. I cannot find any contact details on their website to get a refund and their support page does not work. The chatbox keeps throwing out articles that do not help and I cannot get hold of a single actual person that I can communicate with. The amount is for R12 000 so it is not a small amount!
