Dropbox is a great cloud storage solution, however the online support is nonexistent when your account has been disabled. For some reason my account has been disabled and there is absolutely no way to get in contact with an administrator or a person or email, to get this resolved. All support goes via sign in and in my case it is not possible even to get an email to reset my account. Since I am not signed in, I cannot sync my files or add new files to the cloud. Dropbox has all my info and I cannot even delete it. Since I have an automatic payment schedule, I am unable to stop that, since I cannot sign in. I am left with no option as to change my credit card details to prevent the future automatic payment from going through. If you do have a Dropbox account, I suggest not to select an automatic future payment schedule. Dropbox, if you want to keep me as a client, you should contact me via an email where I can reply to or mobile, before 23 August.
<p>I have submitted my phone to the smart care center for specific noted issues to be repaired. Estimated time was 2 to 3 days. The eventual waiting to repair time was 11 days. When I picked up the phone, I tested the phone to verify the faults have been fixed. Unfortunately one of the faults was not even checked or repaired, resulting me to wait another half an hour for the phone.</p> <p>The issue here is, Samsung send you a message confirming the device is now with the quality check process and thereafter a message is aend confirming the pick up of the device is ready.</p> <p>Why has the fill set of faults not been repaired and verified during the quality process?</p> <p>What is the reason then for the quality process if it is not been verified that all is OK.</p> <p>I will not seek assistance from this store again.</p> <p>The store been: Constantia.</p> <p>However I have to say that the lady who assisted me during the pickup was very helpful in sorting out the problem. I appreciate that.</p>
