I was referred to this company by a friend and I will be for ever greatful. They are very professional, Very helpful and very friendly. They also moved my paino - with the utmost care. They are honest and very fair with their price. So I will not hesitate to use them again and will recommend them to anyone with a very happy heart. This is the one company I am really not happy with My subscriptions expired due to the my c/card no which changed now, I've been trying to get hold of them to assist me in renewing my subsriptions, but there is just no way of reaching them. thus resutling in all my photos not being safe anymore - it is actually not able to access them at all. so I don't see the puurpose of saving my photos and documents with them, if one cannot access it at all again due to non-support from them.
Amazing how one person can change you NEGATIVE experience of a company to a POSITIVE one. Thank you Lexi, you have resolved all my issues and I trust that I will continue experiencing this good service I have received over tha past 2 days.
This company is not advertising honestly. They say you can make you money increase without doing anything - they have a program that will do all transactions. this is what I understood in the beginning. then they also advertise NO COMMISSION - but they fail to reveal there is a SWAP cost that one will pay, which is excessive amounts. I will thus NOT advise anyone, who cannot afford to lose money, to invest with Banxso. You WILL lose all your money. The people who is there to assist, really don't care if you make or lose money, All they want, is for you to keep on investing huge amounts of money - and on that they make their money. BANXSO _ No Thanks - I would just like to get my little bit of money out -as I cannot see that I will ever get my money back which I lost.
I have bought a AEG washing machine and the door locked. I had to have it broken open by a technician - but the problem is there are NO parts available to repair the door. Definately will I NOT advise anyone to buy AEG appliances as these are not repairable. No one can assist with the needed parts.
I would like to warn people against purchasing any Defy washing machines. My children boughr one in 2021 as wedding gift and within 2 weeks it started giving problems. Then they cane to fix and 3 months later more problems and they are now using an excuse of cochroaches causing motherboard to pack up. So the warranty only works for them when it suits them. My children have been waiting now 6 months for them to get back to them to fix it and just NO luck. Hirsch just does not have the same luck as Makro has in helping the consumer in solving issues like these. So I would not suggest anyone to buy apliances at Hirsch as they cannot get the Defy company to come out and fix the washing machine. They have been having to use laundromats to do washing at unnecessary extra cost thanks to Defy's inability to even try and fix the washing machine even though it is still under warranty. We are totally fedup and will never purchase a DEFY appliance. They are a very dishonest company
I wanted to buy my children a wedding gift and gave them the money to buy an appliance. For some unknown reason they went to HIRSCH and bought a DEFY washing machine there. I have all my years used Defy appliances and thought the children made a good choice. Within 3 weeks it started making awful noises and jumped around. They sent a technician but promised it will be replaced. However nothing came of the replacement and now 5 months later it finally broke. the technicians came out but is giving cochroaces the blame for the final breakdown. this unit has been with them for not even 6 months - and their house is fumigated. For all we know the cochroaches were there before the machine was delivered to them. However, this is not the major complaint, it is the service. Defy never came back to the children advising them what to do, the cost involved, etc. It is now 2 months that they have to sit without a washing machine. I am also hugely disappointed in Hirsch for their backup support. I have been to see Hirsch and the day I was there they promised to follow up and send e-mails. We have not received any calls or emails from Hisrch assisting us in this issue. , I really don''t know why my child went there to purchase the appliance with them. Most disappointing experience I have had with Hisrch and Defy!!!!! Not a very good partnership.

I purchased my children a set of beautiful pots. Within the 1st month of use these pots became ugly - lost color. we did email Berlinger Haus, but they have not even bothered to respond back to us. In October 2020 we sent them the photos and no luck. Very disappointing as the pots are lovely but looks disgusting!!!! So I will NOT recommend anyone buying these pots.
This is the worst experience I have received from MWEB i have been waiting 3 weeks for my router - new package ordered and to date I have received nothing. one can also NOT get through to the correct department and there seems to be no email address where one can communicate with relevant department
