I made a booking during the week and was required to pay additional fees for carts at the club. Unfortunately, the booking did not go through. I attempted to book multiple times, but each attempt was unsuccessful. Later, I discovered that each time I tried to book, the amount was still deducted from my bank account. I have since tried to resolve the matter and request a refund, but have had absolutely no success with PMG. They have not responded to any of my messages, and repeated phone calls have gone unanswered. At no point was there any official communication indicating that there was an issue with the booking system. I find the lack of response and poor service deeply frustrating and unacceptable.

I cancelled my booking with Playmore golf on 9th May. The website stated that a refund will be done in 7 to 10 working days. The refund was not done , I called them on 3rd June and was told they will need to check with accounts and call me back which they did not do. I called the next day and was told that the refund was never processed. If I never followed up my refund would have not happened. I asked for an email from the agent which they said they will do and it did not happen. I requested a manager to contact me immediately to explain how Playmore just decides not to process a refund. The team leader calls me after the put through the refund almost a month after and says they had delays yet no communication was sent. Her excuse is that I should have checked the website. No one from Playmore told me that there are delays and I got there different stories . I have asked again for the email detailing the refund not being processed and the recording of the calls which they have still not sent. The team leader was rude and not bothered by their mess up , instead just gave pointless apologies

It seems the only people that write a review on this website are people that want to complain. Look at the google reviews and they are all positive. Me and a few guys have been using playmoregolf for about 6 months now and the experience has been amazing. It gives you such a large variety of courses to choose from. We have had the privilage of playing on a different course every time. This is so much better than being a member of some course and playing that same one a thousand times in a row. Now dont think you are going to decide Friday night that you want to book a game for tomorrow morning. With this app you need to plan ahead and book in advance. Playmoregolf buys slots from courses, so they only have certain time slots available. Some courses dont sell their slots over the weekend so the only time you can book is during the week. You need to be flexible and you need to prepare in advance to use this app. But if you can do that, you wont regret signing up, its a wonderful app that gives you the opportunity to play at a huge variety of courses at a very affordable rate.

If anyone is considering joining playmoregolf (PMG), think twice! Their packages on the website and sales people (Juan) are misleading, which you only find out after you have signed the contract and want to book a game. I mentioned to the sales person (Juan) that I was interested in playing golf twice a month BUT would like to walk the course and not use a cart. Conveniently, Juan failed to mention that all the courses in close proximity to me require PMG customers to take carts so that they make their money. It would be cheaper to book directly with the golf course. Upon finding this out, and without playing a single round of golf, I exercised my right to cancel my contract and receive a FULL refund within 30 days (which is guaranteed). Well, I received a partial refund and have been struggling ever since to get the outstanding amount. I am shoved from pillar and post between Juan and the call centre. They assured me that the money would been loaded and transferred by Friday (This was 3 Fridays ago). It is evident that they are lying to me. I want to escalate the matter but nobody bothers to contact me back. There are A LOT of posts mentioning problems with PMG. I wish I had done my research. You have been warned, don't become another statistic!

Vodacom is the worst, they offered me a special deal on a home router 50mb speed line but when I test it's less than 1mb every hour of the day, when you call customer care it's a robot that hangs up please people stay away rather use other networks than vodacom they are the pits.

After a very fustrating 6 months of debit order problems I felt the only option was to blast playmore golf. Shortly after my review Dean called to get to the bottom of the problem. Its a shame Dean was not in this position 6-8 months ago. Dean has been very efficient in soting out my issue. Well done Dean, this will definetly give new customers a lot of confidence knowing playmoregolf has taken this issue seriously. Good Luck for the future.

NO NO NO!!! Cancel and they will continue to use new debit order details so you can't block them. Finally get it stopped and months later they are at it again. They are dishonest and *********. AVOID PlayMore Golf at all costs.
