No Spaces

Bordering a **** in my opinion, the courses are always booked or don't have slots, yet when you phone them they do, but I can't use PMG rates that way.

Suspended Service, No Warning.

In Feb I had moved from Capitec to FNB, and contacted Telkom to move the debit order (visited a branch). My service was suspended on Friday for no payments received due to the debit order changes not being implemented I assume). \What is strange is, I made these payments manually on the Thursday. I still have no service. Looking back, never did I receive a courtesy call to ask why payments weren't made, never did I receive an email, nothing. I simply received an SMS on the Thursday. Where was the adequate warnings? Contacts? etc? Should my service not be reinstated by Monday I will be cancelling the agreement and reporting to the Consumer Commission for unfair consumer practices. I have never missed payments, and I never even knew I missed these two. Terrible service, genuinely.

FNB Service

Moved over from Capitec two months ago. I still have both accounts. They failed to shoft debit orders, even my home loan, which is an FNB loan.. I still have no credit card in spite of the one I was supposedly approved for, so again, I have to keep my Capitec account. I will be contacting Discovery bank in the week. This has been a terrible experience

Stuck without a vehicle again in 4 months

Purchased a vehicle in December, Delivered in January under finance. The vehicle broke down once with a radiator issue, and was repaired. It cost me R1330.00 in towing fees, as my insurance only pays for 40km towing. I have had the vehicle now for a month since then, and now the alternator pulley has broken as well. The quote for repair is R17 730.00 with a wait time of 4 weeks. I work in the NW, and live in Gauteng, so I will be stuck without a vehicle for that time. The warranty is also an issue now, as I paid for a service when financing the vehicle, but the service center never stamped the book. Do not buy from them.
