Poor Product quality

I bought two Playtex bra's last year, correct size everything. After about 2 weeks some of the metal support they put under the cup started to stick out as well as the side support. I phoned customer care to tell them about my problem. After a week a lady phoned me back and asked me to give her the details about the bra's, I couldn't give it to her because I was at work. She said she'd phone me back the next day to get the rest of the details. Well I'm still waiting for her to phone me back. I'm very disappointed in they products. I use to love the product but not anymore!!! I hope I hear from them soon
