I am just so frustrated with Playtex underwire bras. The wires come out of every single one I bought over many years. I have just had it now. I was on holiday and the one I packed did exactly the same. And these are NOT old ones. they are new ones. Wear and wash 3 times and I have to stitch the wires in again. They should really make a plan to solve this problem. I have wasted a lot of money on Playtex bras. And been embarrassed by wires sticking out without noticing. They are comfortable but I will never buy one again.

I am just so frustrated with Playtex underwire bras. The wires come out of every single one I bought over many years. I have just had it now. Good day I am so disappointed in Playtex. I've been wearing it for years. Was so happy when I saw it at Miladys again bought 8 panties for almost a R1000. Big was my disappointment when after the first wash 3 of them got loose at the seams. And you can not return panties. i haven't even checked the ones I haven't worn yet. Now not even a month almost all of them are tearing. Customer service just ignore complains

Good day I was visited the above mentioned store today and to my disgust the shop assistant named Shannon was so unfriendly. She did not want to assist me and she used her cell phone while on duty in the store. I entered the store and she sat behind the counter with no mask and on her cell phone. I asked if she could assist me as my husband was not feeling well and waiting in the car and I do not have much time looking for sizes. I gave her the size I am looking for and she kept giving me a bigger size and not paying attention to what she is helping me with. She then gave me one bra and went to sit at the counter again on her cell phone messaging. She the called the bus service while still in the store to enquire about dus services home while on the phone she ignores all the clients in the store. He colleague was also just sitting at the door. Clearly both was not interested in helping anyone in the store. I eventually took the wrong size bra just to get out. At the pay point she was still moaning about her transport home. Telling me that it’s her first day at the store and she wish the do not place her there. I then responded by saying I think she is very unfriendly, unprofessional and unhelpful and will report her. She then started screaming and pointing at me and said now she want to report her. I was so disgusted at all of this. I really feel this rude Shannon woman will run your store to the ground. Also you expect your clients to wear mask When entering your store but she works and assist clients with no mask. She is rude, unprofessional and one miserable woman.

<p>I bought a "Two-Pack" Playtex bra set on 26 February 2017. I bought two Playtex bra's last year, correct size everything. After about 2 weeks some of the metal support they put under the cup started to stick out as well as the side support. I phoned customer care to tell them about my problem. After a week a lady phoned me back and asked me to give her the details about the bra's, I couldn't give it to her because I was at work. She said she'd phone me back the next day to get the rest of the details. Well I'm still waiting for her to phone me back. I'm very disappointed in they products. I use to love the product but not anymore!!! I hope I hear from them soon

I bought 2 set: bra and a panty at Clearwater mall , I think late January 2015. The design colour is coming off, I spoke to Lynn Mitchley about my unhappiness since I paid lot of money for these garments. Firstly, she wanted to make excuses that I shouldn't wash it with bath soap, I mean really??? then she sent me an email that I must send damaged garments via freepost mail but they are not responsible if it get lost or I can send it via courier at my own expense, Imagine??? Anyway, I decided to take photos and send it via email cos I couldn't afford to pay for courier. Up until today she has not responded. I am very disappointed cos I trusted this brand. Their customer service is very poor for such a big company.
