What company does not have a support contact number. My fibre has been off for 2 days now. Day 1 due to outages day two because the consultant is to *********** and cannot help and the only way you can reach them is through a WhatsApp chat which they take forever to reply to and been on a chat for almost 2 hours and still where I was a day ago. What legitimate company does not have a support line? Prince S refuses to send out a technician to assist but he is not able to help. So not support phone number and no technical team. What is this charade?
Hi I ordered 135 gsm adhesive photo paper from takealot twice and both time they sent me the incorrect item. The first time I got Matt adhesive paper and had to log a return on 30 Jan 2023 still waiting on my refund. I ordered the product again as I need it for a project and today I collected it and the label id self adhesive phot paper but got normal photo paper instead. How do u get the same thing wrong twice. Takealot refunds the item price and not the delivery charge and everyone I need to pay delivery. What a rip off coining it on delivery fee and not refunding or replacing my items.
I placed a order almost 3 hours ago. It was assigned to a courier Pauline p. I tried calling her she answered once and when I asked about my order she just cancelled the call and never answered again after that. Is this a bolt food scam or just very ****py service. Why don’t Pauline cancel her trip so my food can be assigned to a different driver. I also counted bolt support and they don’t get back to me. This is such pathetic service and will not use there service again.
I was just at pick n pay family store in Parow and experienced a cashier with a very bad attitude. I was at the till point pay and the cashier named aldonese helped me. The packer was still backing my purchases and my husband said ti get him cigarettes. I asked her for it and she told me to go get it at the counter and pay there because she is almost done timing up my stuff. I told her I’m still in the queue to pay so why should I stand in another line. It is month end and the store is busy and then I need to deal with cashiers and the bad attitude. She then sent the packer to get the cigarettes but she her face looked so unpleasant she never asked for my smart shopper card. She never said thank then giving my change instead she gave me a unpleasant look. Aldonese if you don’t want to work in retail get a different job where u do not need to serve clients or change your very bad stinky attitude.
I logged a complaint regarding Vodacom fraud of my account being handed over to 3 attorneys for the same debt. So I received a call today and the guy said he will not investigate where my payment are I have paid to 3 of the legal collection companies. I need to do it myself and ask what they did with the money. How can I contact there people to ask why they never paid the money to thief client
I had a vodacom contract in 2017. I was under debt review and vodacom handed over a bebt of +- R4000 which was paid in full. They then handed my account to NBD and payments was made to them in full. Then they handed over a bill of R14000 to capital data. Which is being paid off again for a second time. Knowing I only have 1 contract. Now I am getting calls from a 3rd collection company saying I last paid in 2017. What fraud is this and why is Vodacom capitalising like this. Vodacom stop your fraud as I will take this further handing over the same debt to 3 different debt collectors all with interest on a debt that is paid already.
I called in the beginning of May 2021 for legal advice and assistance and the guy that answered the phone could not help me. I asked him to cancel my policy with immediate effect as Clientele legal is a waste of time and have inexperienced people working there. He said he will email the cancelations department and the policy would be cancelled and I will get a call confirming this. Today my Debit order when off my bank account again. When I called today and was accused of being a liar as the guy never logged my first call. I am utterly disgusted with your service and want my policy cancelled immediately. No-one has ever called or made me a liar and I refuse to be labelled as that for a service I have been paying for, for years
I bought a tray of pnp brand eggs. When I opened the tray there were a few broken eggs in the tray. I never felt the need to complain because it could’ve broken in my care. But to my detriment when I started using the eggs I found only one rotten egg and still didn’t find the need to complain but today I found at least another 3 rotten egg. Pick n pay is suppose to be a quality brand but the rotten eggs made me realise it’s not.
I ordered a Nike tracksuit on suberlist and when I picked up my order at takealot pick up point in Parow only the top was there no pants. I then had to do a return with very unhelpful staff. Now I need to reorder and the price is much more. It was such an inconvenience having to go do a return and having to pay R500 more for something they messed up. I also called the call centre the voice prompt says trading hours is till 7pm and I called at 6 pm and the call centre is closed. They send half the order and they lied about their trading time.
2 weeks in a row I ordered food via Uber eats and they send me short items. Uber did not reimburse my neither did kfc Woodstock. Last week I was short a streetwise 2. This week I short a buddy cool drink. Not Uber of KFC Woodstock takes responsibility and with my order yesterday I call the manager natheefa and asked her to pls check my order before handing it to the Uber eat driver. And besides the call and assurance from her my order was still short. This is a waste to order from them because they always robbing me. The managers does not take responsibility for anything even after calling and explaining to get the order right. They robbed me with a streetwise 2 and buddy cool drink. I have had it with KFC Woodstock because they rob people and make as if it’s Uber’s fault yet they packing the order and getting paid. KFC Woodstock you thieves and Robb innocence people I mean 2 weeks I a row. That’s wrong
