I bought 2 set: bra and a panty at Clearwater mall , I think late January 2015. The design colour is coming off, I spoke to Lynn Mitchley about my unhappiness since I paid lot of money for these garments. Firstly, she wanted to make excuses that I shouldn't wash it with bath soap, I mean really??? then she sent me an email that I must send damaged garments via freepost mail but they are not responsible if it get lost or I can send it via courier at my own expense, Imagine??? Anyway, I decided to take photos and send it via email cos I couldn't afford to pay for courier. Up until today she has not responded. I am very disappointed cos I trusted this brand. Their customer service is very poor for such a big company.
