I ordered 3 books online. E-books. Early February 2026. Have not received yet and it is very difficult to communicate with them
Contacted them they did not reply. About something I experience time and again with their products
I bought a book plus 2 bonus books on 10 February 2026. Hotmart Latam Studio. As it is e-books I do not understand why I have not received it yet. I sent numerous e-mails no feedback
I am just so frustrated with Playtex underwire bras. The wires come out of every single one I bought over many years. I have just had it now. I was on holiday and the one I packed did exactly the same. And these are NOT old ones. they are new ones. Wear and wash 3 times and I have to stitch the wires in again. They should really make a plan to solve this problem. I have wasted a lot of money on Playtex bras. And been embarrassed by wires sticking out without noticing. They are comfortable but I will never buy one again.
After all the emails I sent to POSTUR to cancel the order, and reporting to Hello Peter, I did not approve payment for, I received the one product today. I need them to send the courier back to my house to collect what I did NOT order, and refund me.
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on 26 May 2024. Then the offer came up for yet a cheaper price and a vibrating posture thing. I did not approve for credit card payment for the last 2 items. I only want the shoes. I sent around 5 emails they have not rep****. I need them to refund me as I need the money Betsie Louw
I am writing on behalf of my mother. Cell C owes my mother, 82 y old, around R4000. (According to her). It is difficult for her to communicate. She did not sign a debit order with ABSA. She used to do an EFT to pay CELL C. For the past few months Cell C managed to take money from her ABSA account without her consent. I would like to know where this comes from and how is it allowed? I did not check for deductions before 15 Nov 2023. On 15 Nov 2023, CELL C took R1794.43 from her cheque account at ABSA. On 14 Dec 2023, Cell C took R1867.43 from her Absa account. On 3 Feb 2024 Cell C took R1867.37 again. I checked myself on her ABSA banking app. There is no debit order or debicheck on her app for Cell C.
It is extremely difficult to communicate with the consultants. I asked to cancel my policy on 9 Jan 2024 via e-mail. They ignored and deducted the 3 amounts from my bank account again on 1 Feb 2024. And when I requested a refund for all THREE amounts, they insisted I sent my bank statement as the deductions did not reflect on their system. I said to them I want my refund in 5 working days. And the one consultant was just continuing telling me what the benefits are I said I KNOW the benefits I do not want a debate or argument for cancelling the policies. I do not need to explain to them why I need to cancel the policies.
I paid for many years now cant afford it anymore. And no money back for all the years paying. Lot of money down the drain. They should give some money back
