I am Disgusted by Plp group in Randburg, with the Hr and Payroll, I started working for PLP Group in the year 2023 and resigned. I then returned this year to rejoin the company as a Sales Consultant selling a Sanlam product. I had to debate long emails for them to release by basic salary, On top of that when you in the process of training the pay you rate per sale during training however when it is close to our pay day we are then informed that we were supposed to have reached a certain bracket to earn commission and in my knowledge of working there is that they pay rate per sale during the month of training which was also confirmed from the Hr manager Lindiwe earlier today. I am not the only one we are a group that started our training together. They ended up paying me R1461.00 for an entire month

I am back, PLP is a disastrous company that fails to pay people. I just got an Email from Lindiwe the Hr Manager at PLP group in Randburg issuing me a suspension notice stating irrelevant ****. On the 25th November 2025 she told me on a recorded line that according to her knowledge we need to get paid Rate per sale, She then comes back saying that It depends on when i signed my Contract which doesn’t make sense at all. In the year 2023 I was employed at the same company and I was paid accordingly and the Rate per sale was app**** to me. The hr Manager is now telling me that I put the company’s name in disrepute whereas I am just standing up for my rights. #PLPMUSTFALL…..
