Terrible service from JJ and Sharon from Plumb Ambulance

I would never deal with Plumb Ambulance again. Sharon and JJ from Plumb Ambulance are the worst. Sharon hasn't have any clue on what's going on there and she also talks bad about the clients to their Plumbers on site. its been 2 weeks now and my problem is still not sorted nor have they called me to rectify it.
