Plumb Pro Direct don't stop before they fix what is broken

On 24 December 2019, I commissioned our extremely professional plumber with a mission impossible despite the fact that the guys from Plumb Pro Direct arrived within an hour after my phone call. They are available 24/7.

For the purpose of this review, the brand name of our three-bowl kitchen sink shall not be mentioned.

The one bowl started leaking after 5 years of moderate use and the plumber eagerly went hunting for the replacement part to please his client whose expectations had been high that the sink would be fully serviceable for the Christmas Day festivities.

Five attempts later to get hold of a suitable part on 17 January 2019 the plumber had no other option left: As recommended by retailers that have these kitchen sinks in stock, the only solution is to buy a complete small one-bowl sink with fittings simply to get hold of the part that was required to repair our kitchen sink.
