Fogi Plumbing was sent to my house by Santam ono 9 July 2024 and the workers damaged my wall with their step ladder. It has been three whole weeks and they have not sent anyone to come fix my wall even after promising they will send someone. The workers sent to my house were not so professional and they started with the work and charger without discussing with me. The company also wanted to charge me an excess (when my policy covers all excess and i did not have to pay them), they insisted i pay and only to find out the problem they diagnosed is not the actual problem. I ended up hiring my own people to do a second analysis and fixed the problem fast fast. These guys are ****mers.

Never use Plumb Pro Direct! I used them last year on the 26th of September because they were the plumbers that our estate manager's, Trafalger insurance are affiliated to. They sent 2 technicians, to replace our burst geyser, who informed us that they don not carry out any jobs without the insurance excess amount being paid. They said the excess was R1500 and we paid it to them directly. Now I am being informed that I owe an excess of R1900 and I never bothered to keep the proof of payment given by the technicians but, I requested a copy from their invoice book. No one has responded with this information from Plumb pro direct and it has been 3weeks since the request. Stay away from Plumb pro direct, if your insurance is linked to them, request another contractor, otherwise you will end up paying excess for as long as they need money!

Ek is 'n betalende klient van Ooba Insurance, wat Plumb Pro Direct Pty Ltd as verskaffer gebruik. So, bars ons geyser op die KOUDSTE tyd, twee weke gelede. Ons versekering stuur toe Plumb Pro Direct Pty Ltd uit na ons toe om 'n kwotasie te doen. Hulle het gesien dat die geyser aan die agterkant van die huis is en heeltemal apart van die binnekant van die huis. 'n Dame van Plumb Pro Direct Pty Ltd, Joraine - skakel my toe op Donderdag, 5 Augustus om te laat weet dat die eis goedgekeur is en dat hulle die geyser wil kom vervang. Ek moes haar toe meedeel dat ons die oggend positief getoets het vir Covid. Ek het wel probeer verduidelik dat die geyster HEELTEMAL buite die huis is en dat die werkers glad nie nodig het om enige kontak met ons te he nie. Sy bel my toe na 2 ure terug en verduidelik dat sy ons versekering geskakel het en dat ons versekering laat weet dat hulle geensins die eis gaan uitbetaal, tensy ons 'n negatiewe toetsresultaat kan voorle nie Dit is nou dat 15 vandag ek siek geword het en dag 11 van isolasie. Terug by die werk, besluit ek om ons versekering te bel en te vra of dit wel so gebeur het. Nodeloos om te se: dit is nie die waarheid nie en daar is GEEN rekord dat die versekering dit gese het nie! My groot vraag: WIE GEE DIE VERSKAFFER DIE REG OM NAMENS DIE VERSEKERING (WAT EK BETAAL) 'N BESLUIT TE NEEM EN DIE KLIENT DAAROOR TE BEL. Hoekom het my versekering my nie hieroor geskakel nie? ..... WANT DIT IS 'N LEUEN! Ek skakel toe Plumb Pro Direct Pty Ltd en praat met Nadia. Nadia verskree my so dat ek amper nie 'n woord inkry nie. Sy se sy gaan nie haar mense blootstel aan Covid nie. REG NADIA - EK STEM SAAM - maar regverdig dit dat jy die klient bel en vir hulle LIEG???? ONS GAAN UIT DIE AARD VAN DIE SAAK NIE JULLE DIENSTE GEBRUIK NIE EN EK HOOP VAN HARTE GENOEG MENSE SIEN HIERDIE RAAK VOORDAT JULLE DIT VERWYDER!

On 24 December 2019, I commissioned our extremely professional plumber with a mission impossible despite the fact that the guys from Plumb Pro Direct arrived within an hour after my phone call. They are available 24/7. For the purpose of this review, the brand name of our three-bowl kitchen sink shall not be mentioned. The one bowl started leaking after 5 years of moderate use and the plumber eagerly went hunting for the replacement part to please his client whose expectations had been high that the sink would be fully serviceable for the Christmas Day festivities. Five attempts later to get hold of a suitable part on 17 January 2019 the plumber had no other option left: As recommended by retailers that have these kitchen sinks in stock, the only solution is to buy a complete small one-bowl sink with fittings simply to get hold of the part that was required to repair our kitchen sink. I want to thank you guys for your prompt responses. Always. I want to thank you guys for persevering until finding a solution at great cost to your company. Keep up the good work guys. Professional service like yours is hard to find.
