The City has been incorrectly billing for Waste Management of almost R500pm since last year July. Despite a very public court ruling that i was ******* and promises that they will refund people in October 2025 already. It is now February 2026 and i am still being charged. No credit has been made and they are still continuing to bill. And i am not the only one.
Misleading information + advertising and promotional inconsistencies across the EXACT! store. They advertised a 30% off Christmas pajamas promo "WHILE STOKC LASTS", however, the Waterfall Mall refused to honor the promotion. While the Wonderpark Mall had the promotion. This is false and misleading adverti*****t.

We were assisted by Athole Nongauza "Edgar" for our quotation, and it was a seamless process, and he asked all the relevant questions and was patient and answered all our questions as well. The Santam quotation was actually cheaper that the rest we have received from the market. Best quotes tailored for our needs. They can insure anything, house, contents, personal items, cars, phones etc. I will definitely recommend Santam if you are looking for an insurance company that has great service.
The website clearly states that FITNESS points for Double Up Vitality is 30 000. Mine has been capped at 24 000 with no explanation despite multiple queries. They also state that they adjust the active goals during pregnancy and after baby but mine was NEVER adjusted and to meet goals has been extremely hard especially after giving birth.
The OUTsurance agent was very persuasive. He took time to listen and understand my needs and was able to advice accordingly. I appreciate that even though it took long to finalise, he was very patient. I got a good deal.
Pro Debt Solutions contacted my husband claiming that I have approved a debt counselling assessment. They had my name my ID and not sure where they got that. Taking consent isn’t that *******?
I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this courier company. I am expecting a delivery and I need to pick up myself and with my job i move around a lot and we arrange for TODAY at the current location. I have been having my phone close to me the whole day and tracking the delivery. ONLY to find that the latest update is that they could not get ahold of me and they turned back with my delivery. Which is not true because i do not have a missed call from them, so what does it mean. No delivery? Now i have been holding on for long time i cant even speak to a service provider. And tomorrow i am in another place. I am dissatisfied.

I received an sms saying they will call to make arrangements, I missed ONE call from them and I have been calling back 4 times, and they seem to be not hearing me. even though the last agent said she could but wasn't sure whats happening. Now they are sitting with my urgent package and not calling me to make arrangement and when I call them they cant hear me. So i guess i must sit and wait. until they call. If they call. So annoying.
So, I broke my last pair of clear spectacles and urgently needed a replacement pair or two. I did not have an appointment with Sepcs4Less at Karenpark in Pretoria North. I walked in for assistance and it was close to their closing time and they were fully booked. However, I explained my situation and the lovely Ms. Zuandra was able to squeeze me in and also quickly checked my cover with my Medical Aid. The Op, Ms. Sibhekile was also very friendly and explained everything in detail. She answered all of my questions. She was also patient while i was selecting a frame for my glasses. I really felt the great customer services and the warmth of the ladies. She even offered to teach me who to use contact lenses, which i should consider , smiles. They said 8 business working days to get my glasses back, but it was day 9 and still did not get a call. They explained that this was because the second pair was not ready but I could still go in and collect the other pair, which i did. (Cause i really needed my glasses). I just want to say THANK YOU for the great service, you have gained a loyal customer. Oh and thanks for my free Tshirt. :-) :-)
