Pressed in Time Highveld. Was told to collect at 17:00 on 21 Feb. Showed up at 8:00 on 22 Feb and was told it was not ready. Drove all the way from Pierre van Ryneveld and had to drive back because what they said was not what they delivered. Called the owner, Katlego, he said I should've waited for an SMS to confirm it was ready...even though the slip said ready for collection at 17:00 on 21 Feb.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Over a week, still no feedback on case 2795296. Platform works good, but as soon as you have any queries, concerns or complaints you get nowhere. Most of the Hello Peter complaints are about their poor customer service.

Been sitting at JHB depot for 5 days now, no delivery
Package from Durban is sitting in their JHB depot now since 6:10 on 7 Dec and I'm in Centurion, currently 16:55 on 11 Dec and no delivery yet. Status is constantly "delivered on the next scheduled delivery.". It's been moved from bay 2 to bay 3 then back to bay 2 etc.

Planned obsolescence - Breaks after 12 months
Kettle stopped working 13 months after purchase. This is called planned obsolescence, so if you want a product that doesn't break a couple of days after the 12 months that it's guaranteed to work, you're better off buying another brand. A number of the complaints on HelloPeter are exactly about this, that the product stops working just after 12 months.

Can't get hold of correct department to discuss gap cover
I called 0860 000 628 to discuss gap cover, went through the options and were then told to call 0860 000 628...twice...? How can I get hold of a person to discuss gap cover? I've posted 2 messages on Twitter as well, asking for assistance but no one gets back to me?
