Damaged beyond repair!!
Pressed In Time Laundry & Dry Cleaning-Featherbrooke Village What a horrible experiencing after being a customer for a while, I thought i could trust them with my husbands luxury band ties, they had them for over 3/4 months without providing timely feedback, every-time i asked about them I was given a story, until i got them back in February 2026, damaged beyond repair!! tried calling the owner several time with no luck.

Terrible tailoring and service
I bought an expensive suite jacket and requested the sleeves to be shortened,when I collected the jacket it didn’t fit.i was informed that they shorten the sleeve by there procedure.never use them for tailoring they only alterations not qualified to tailor I requested they pay for a new jacket they refused. This will be going legal for them

Poor carpet cleaning! Sies
Why say you can clean carpets when you can't! My 3 carpets came back even more filthy. What's annoying is that we took them back twice and they still failed! I assume the same thing would have happened to our designer clothes had we taken those in as well. Thank God we didn't! I suggest looking for an alternative dry cleaning company and not waste your time! A company that provides bas service in 2025 honestly needs to consider closing!

I assume the same thing would have happened to our designer clothes had we taken those in as well. Thank God we didn't! Pressed In Time Celtis Ridge. Disgusting to say the least. At this point I'm just gatvol with this place! I kind of blame myself also because I kept giving them chance after chance and the benefit of the doubt. If it's not them burning your clothes and concealing that, or misplacing your items, it's them ignoring your order for days on end. I took two blankets there two weeks ago. Last week Sunday I called in to follow up and was told there's a problem with the one blanket. They allege that when they washed it there was a stain that appeared randomly. How?!!! When it's not even the first time they wash this blanket for me?? Fine they said to give them another 2/3 days. To this day there's still no word! I have sent two follow up messages which were ignored! ******* establishment I tell you. I would not recommend it.
