Plumbro / ConBro?

We had a terrible experience. After a very quick and professional response, we agreed that they would also fix my borehole and irrigation. I paid deposits of R74k for this work. Their performance deteriorated significantly after this. If they arrived for a day's work, it would be after 11 and they'd leave at around 2pm. I eventually gave up and we agreed on the refund for the job. To date, R35k is still outstanding. I've never met a more dishonest person in my life. None of the promised dates or actions were made. The owner (Charl) is incredibly aggressive if you call out their nonperformance.

I suspect they use the deposit to fund their various other businesses and hope we give up on recovering it. They have a skip business and a moving business
